A Machine Monitor records video clips of
malfunctions on automated production lines. These video clips are stored
on the hard drive and can be found in the event log. The user simply goes
into the event log and clicks on a video clip. The user can then move a
desired video clip from the hard drive over to flash memory on the USB port. A little light will blink near the USB port indicating
the video clip has been transferred to Flash Memory.
Next the user goes over to his laptop and creates an
email. He removes the flash memory from Machine Monitor and plugs it into his
laptop. As he creates an email, he attaches the desired video clip from
flash memory.
Finally the user sends the email. Send it to
managers, quality personnel, even people on the outside like the guys that built
your production line (OEM). When the email arrives the video clip will
open automatically on Windows Media Player.
